A Stroll Through the Art

Montmartre  is the a place with so much historic significance. It rest on top a beautiful hill where u can get a beautiful view of France and used to be the host of remarkable artist such as Pablo Picasso and Amedeo Modigliani.  I ventured up the hill with my girl Nadia and 2 artist implored […]

Journey to Mona

My friends and I ventured off to go find Mona! Mona Lisa- that is. We walked from campus to the Louvre, it was about a 25 minute walk. Admission was free because we had our Art and Architecture cards, free is always good here in Paris. Every inch of this place was a photo-op. I […]

Showers of Blessings

It is said that if you travel to, and attend Mass at Notre Dame or Sacre Coeur this year, you will receive special blessings. Well I traveled to Notre Dame and attended Mass on Sunday and it was the Mass of all  Masses. When you hear Notre Dame, you think Hunchback of Notre Dame- I know. But this church was the biggest church I have ever step foot in. Its stained glass and high ceilings  were simply gorgeous. The service, though it was in French, went smoothly and I could sing along because I can read music and have sung in French  before. I snapped  a few photos for your guys. Check it out ;)

The Burial Place

I took a trip to the Pantheon and it was very interesting. The art work was so detailed and it honestly evoked a lot of emotion. Here I stood in a place that history’s greatest figures are buried. Voltaire, Rousseau, and Marie Curie rest here in a dark and quiet  commemorative place where their memory and legacy are preserved.

Mr. Crêpe

Meet Mr.Crepe! He’s got the best specials in Bastille. A crepe, a panini, and a drink for 5 euro! I had to hit his stand and fill my tummy. He was so friendly and kind to me and mez ami (friends). Definitely coming back to this guy
